The Pennsylvanian Wedding Photos & Information

If you are looking for an elegant and breathtaking wedding, The Grand Hall and The Rotunda at the Pennsylvanian is the perfect venue. Not only does it provide truly one-of-a-kind architecture, but it is also conveniently located just a few minutes away from some of Pittsburgh’s best hotels and has an event staff that we love working with. The Westin sits just across the street from the Pensylvanian and is perfect for getting ready. Unique to the Westin and making the perfect backdrop to your wedding portraits is the three-story atrium showcasing a massive natural green wall that stands 33 feet tall and 15 feet wide. A short drive away is the Omni William Penn Hotel and Hotel Monaco, which also provide stunning and unique getting ready locations.

We love shooting weddings at the Pennsylvanian because you don’t need to go any further than the Rotunda. The Rotunda is a beautiful example of hand-crafted architecture, with its domed ceiling and warm lights lining every curve.

The Grand Hall features arched openings, marble floors, ornate walls, 40-foot vaulted ceilings, and a skylight, that will take your guests’ breath away and make a magical setting for your wedding reception. Originally constructed in 1900 for use as Pittsburgh’s Union Station, The Pennsylvanian is considered one of the city’s most architecturally significant buildings. The lights that decorate the many arches create a dynamic and eye-catching background that is truly one of a kind!

Mellon Square, The Strip District,The North Shore, & The Point are just minutes away from the Pennsylvanian if you want additional portraits showing off the city!
